Toolbar_Loads_icon disabled

in one of my piping stress file in Rohr34.1, a lot of icons foe Loads toolbar is disabled. (see the attachment)
Please help me regarding this.

Dear Aditya,

is it possible, that the simpified user interface is enabled for this project?
You can check it under "Project|Settings" in the "General" tab right at the top. If the checkbox is enabled, not all functions are availible.
