What is the casue for this unbalanced force warning?

Hi Ali,
The static equilibrium is not fulfilled. Ensure that the internal pressure is switched on for all super-elements except for trunions, if these are generally calculated without internal pressure. If the problem still appears I need to have a look at your *.r2w or better at your *.sip-file.

However, can the reason be small piece that I have between the fesus part and flange? (1mm pipe piece)?

I just try to keep the flange and have all of the bend also included.

I removed the flange and small piece and add a 20mm peice after bend and it is OK now.

Ok now I understand. The last Superelement is not a zylinder it is still the bend, The connection point from ROHR2fesu to ROHR2 always should be a zylinder to avoid this issue.
