I have searched for this. Maybe the name is different.
Caesar has a facility to offset the end of an element. The beginning node of a branch element can be off-set to the to the header surface such that the branch sif is in the correct place. Particularly, when using a small branch on a larger header. The same effect could be achieved by using a rigid element between the header centreline and the pipe wall. However, a rigid element loses information on in-plane or out-plane. Does Rohr2 have a facility to offset nodes in this way?

Hi,

in the typical calculation standards the location for the calculation of the bending moments and stress calculation is defined as the junction of the legs, for example in the ASME B31.1:

If you anyway want to place the location yourself, than you can do it by just entering the SIF by hand at the node:
