EN13480-3 Settlement

Hi

I did not see any provisions to meet the equation 12.3.6-1, regarding the differential settlement of the supports.
Note, that these two criteria are (sort of) additional to the normal three equations of stress as per ASME B 31.1 .
I didn't see that Rohr2 can automatically check these criteria. Or does it?

Hi

The S6 equation is not generated automatically but you can specify it manually.
Create a load case "occasional loads". Add the settlements.
Switch off "automatic generation of equations" then add an equation S6 in which you select this
load case as input.

Since version 31.1 of ROHR2 there is a special load case category for the settlement:
Non-recurring secondary load.
If you select this category when creating a load case the automatic generation of superpositions
and equations in ROHR2 will generate a S6 equation for EN13480.
